Paul Day began working with us 4 years ago. He installed a gorgeous patio and completed it with the installation of beautiful landscaping. He installed intricate Paverart pieces which gave our patio that “wow” factor. Our patio looks so amazing that EP Henry has photographed it for their 2010 catalog.
We’ve been through many landscape designers and installers. Our satisfaction was minimal at best. Paul has offered us wonderful design ideas, practical solutions to problem areas as well as dedication and consistency.
Since our very first successful project, Paul has handled all of our landscaping projects at home and at our beach house.

We had a severe drainage problem in our back yard, and it was washing out with every significant rainfall, so we had to do something. The two landscaping companies we initially talked to wanted to use pavers and build a retaining wall - sounded nice but very expensive. We heard about Paul from Brandywine Patio. He looked at our situation and suggested using large boulders, carefully placing them with his Bobcat loader to stop the rapid water flow across our back yard. He also explained the need to haul in about five loads of topsoil. He took his time, treated us like we were his only customers in this world! And he gave us a proposal which was much less than the other two.
